Digital B2B infrastructure for agricultural trade
Black Sea Exchange
BSX is a digital B2B platform for physical agricultural commodity trade. It connects buyers with qualified and verified suppliers in Romania and across the Black Sea region, then coordinates the full transaction cycle from RFQ and contract to inspection, logistics, delivery and document storage.

What BSX does
A buyer creates a request for quotation, or RFQ. Qualified and verified suppliers submit commercial offers. The parties agree the terms, and BSX coordinates the transaction in one digital environment.
The platform connects buyers, suppliers, logistics operators, inspection companies, financial institutions and insurance partners. Each participant performs its specialised function and remains legally responsible for that part of the transaction.
BSX keeps the agreed terms, required documents, inspection results, logistics events, approvals and completion status connected to the same transaction.
The Digital Trade Record
BSX creates one Digital Trade Record for each transaction. It follows the complete lifecycle of that specific trade.
Participants and authority
Legal entities, beneficial owners, authorised representatives, roles, access levels, bank details and payment instructions.
Commercial terms

Audit trail
Approvals, electronic confirmations, timestamps, instructions, changes, performance confirmations and the final transaction status.
What BSX coordinates
The platform coordinates the information and actions required to execute the agreed transaction.
This includes counterparty verification, digital contract records, document checks, quality and quantity inspection, logistics coordination, interaction with financial institutions and insurance partners, monitoring of obligations and transaction closure.
Documents are determined by the contract, product, route, payment method and applicable requirements. BSX places that agreed document schedule into the transaction workflow.
What BSX is not
BSX provides digital infrastructure. It does not replace the companies and institutions that execute the transaction.
BSX is not a buyer, seller, broker, commission agent, carrier, inspection company, insurer or financial institution. It does not own the goods, hold participant funds, execute payments, make commercial decisions for the parties or resolve contractual disputes.
Payments are executed by licensed financial institutions. Inspection, transport, insurance, certification and other specialised services are performed by the responsible accredited organisations.
