Company onboarding
The Onboarding Terms govern accounts, company applications, protected evidence, assigned Admissions review, corrections and the approval or rejection decision.
The Onboarding Privacy Notice explains the related account, application, evidence, security and review data. Company approval remains separate from individual trading authority.

Commercial trading
The Trading Terms govern Market, Auctions, nominations, Deal Rooms, commission obligations and retained transaction History.
Trading access requires an approved active company, active membership, a named Company Trader grant for the applicable direction and separate acceptance of the exact Trading Terms and acknowledgement of the Trading Privacy Notice.

Privacy and access
Onboarding files and trading records have different access scopes.
Application evidence is restricted to the applicant and authorised assigned Admissions personnel. Market and Deal Room information is restricted by company, participant and role permissions. Records may be retained where service, accounting, tax, security, dispute or legal obligations require it. The canonical Privacy Notices explain the details and user-rights procedure.
This website
The public site explains BSX and links to the protected operational platform.
It does not authenticate platform users, accept company applications, host trading or collect payment details. Website enquiries sent by email are handled separately from protected platform records. Event videos use a click-to-load YouTube player; YouTube is contacted only after the visitor chooses to play a video.
Commercial boundary
BSX records and coordinates the platform workflow but does not become the buyer, seller, bank, carrier, insurer or guarantor.
Buyer-to-Seller settlement takes place outside BSX. BSX does not hold transaction money or guarantee payment or external-party performance.
