About BSX

Black Sea Exchange is a digital B2B platform for international trade in physical agricultural commodities.

BSX connects buyers with qualified and verified suppliers in Romania and across the Black Sea region. It coordinates RFQs, contracts, documents, inspections, logistics events, delivery and the final transaction record.

01

Why BSX is being built

International agricultural trades involve many companies, documents and operational events. BSX puts them into one controlled transaction process.

The Digital Trade Record connects the agreed commercial terms, document versions, inspection results, logistics events, discrepancies, approvals and final status. Authorised participants can see what has been completed, what is outstanding and who is responsible for the next action.

02

Operating principles

BSX records and coordinates the transaction while each participant remains responsible for its own work.

  • Verified participants

Companies, beneficial owners, representatives and access rights are checked before participation.

  • One transaction record

The same accepted terms, documents, versions, actions and statuses remain connected from RFQ to closure.

  • Separate responsibilities

Trading, payment, inspection, transport, insurance and certification remain with the responsible organisations.

  • Visible execution

Authorised participants can see the current status, supporting evidence, responsible party and recorded decision.

03

Public site and platform

This website explains the model and accepts early-access applications; it is not the transaction environment.

The future platform will have separate access controls, data boundaries, operating procedures, and security assurance. Login, platform accounts, payments, trading, onboarding documents, and private messaging remain outside this public site.

04

Publication discipline

Only confirmed information should be presented as fact.

Company details, leadership, institutions, fees, launch dates, certifications, and commercial relationships will be published only after they are documented, approved, and ready for public use.
