Legal

This informational website explains BSX and accepts early-access applications from companies.

Submitting an application creates no platform account and does not guarantee admission. The current data controller is Maksim Burbulea, acting for the Black Sea Exchange (BSX) initiative. Contact: bsx.exchange@gmail.com.

01

How application data is used

We use submitted data to receive and review applications, prevent misuse, send a confirmation, and contact the applicant about the request.

The application is an expression of interest only. It does not open access to the future platform or create any right to admission.

02

Data collected

We collect the company and representative details supplied in the form, together with basic submission and security metadata.

Applicants should provide only information relevant to their early-access request.

03

Service providers

Service providers for website hosting, database operation, and transactional email may process application data to provide those functions.

BSX does not sell application data or use it for advertising.

04

Retention

Application data is kept for up to 12 months from submission and then deleted.

It may be retained longer only where applicable law requires it.

05

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, at bsx.exchange@gmail.com.

The early-access application form is the current official channel for submitting an application.
