02 · What is BSX?
One platform for companies that buy and sell commodities.
BSX brings buyers and sellers into one trusted online platform. Companies can find relevant opportunities, make proposals, negotiate terms, and organise an agreed transaction.
Verified companies
A company joins BSX and completes verification before entering the market.
Offers and requests
Sellers publish what they have. Buyers publish what they need.
Transactions organised
After agreement, the deal moves into one place where the parties coordinate the work.
03 · How the market works
Sellers show supply. Buyers show demand.
Approved companies can search the market, understand relevant opportunities, and submit an interest or proposal to the other side.

05 · Human-assisted model
Technology organises the process. People remain involved.
The early version of BSX is intentionally human-assisted. BSX staff can support the parts that need judgement, communication, or exception handling.
We are not trying to automate everything from day one.

06 · Where we start
BSX launches with cereals in Romania.
Romania is the first launch market and cereals are the first product focus. This gives BSX a defined starting point for onboarding verified buyers and sellers, testing the operating process, and building trading activity.

07 · First expansion
From Romania into the Black Sea region.
Shortly after launching the cereal platform in Romania, BSX intends to expand the same model into four additional countries.
These are the first planned countries after Romania. Launch timing depends on implementation and local requirements.
08 · Then Europe
Poland is the first important step into Europe.
After the cereal platform is established in Romania, Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria, and Georgia, BSX intends to expand further into Europe, beginning with Poland.
- 01Extends the BSX company network into Europe
- 02Creates a route toward the Ukraine reconstruction opportunity
09 · Poland and Ukraine reconstruction
Connect companies that have materials with companies that need them.
Through Poland, BSX intends to pursue access to the Bridge project or initiative connected with rebuilding Ukraine. BSX can provide the platform that connects suppliers with buyers and contractors.
